I'm having a hard time figuring out the warehouse & live/work scene in Baltimore. I've been to the G-Spot for Microcine Fest. That was quite a while back. Nice space.

Where are the best live/work spaces? What are warehouses selling for? Does anyone own one? I'd rather buy than rent... But it would have to be a fixer upper. Where should I look?

I live in Oakland, Ca (at the Vulcan Studios). I want to start looking for something new in Bawlmer...
